Overview: Welcome to Madden NFL 21, you will be spending most of your time in Franchise and Face of The Franchise mode as there are no trophies for Ultimate team this year. Some trophies are returning from the previous year, the list is heavily single player focused and shouldn’t pose much difficulty to players familiar with the franchise.
Step 1: Single game accomplishments in Play Now mode
There are a couple of trophies to earn that can all be done in a single game so you might as-well tackle those while you get used to the controls, you can do these very quickly with two controllers. This step will earn you:

Step 2: Solo Franchise mode
You will be doing a variety of tasks in franchise mode a majority which will be done in the offseason. You can either try this in one long franchise run or multiple quick franchise runs, you can obtain all solo franchise trophies without actually playing a single game. This step will earn you:

Step 3: Online League (Cloud Franchise)
There are two trophies that require playing an online league, you will need to win one head to head game against a friend or you can try your luck by joining a public franchise. The other requires winning the Superbowl but can be done with only 1 player see Bragging Rights for more details. This step will earn you:

Step 4: Face of The Franchise Mode
Face of the Franchise Mode is Maddens version of a career mode your main objective is to clear goals and objectives set for your throughout certain games and moments spanning an 8 year career. To save time it is suggested to remain a Quarterback when given the choice, to prevent playing an extra year in college as you will not earn any legacy points until you play in the NFL. Your will want to complete all your single game goals for every game and also win every game that you play to ensure you earn the maximum legacy points. Remember you can XMB Quit and restart any game from scratch if you fail to win or achieve your goal. You can use Supersim and still earn all trophies and it is encouraged to do so to save you time from having to play every game. This step will earn you:

Congratulations on earning every Madden NFL 21 trophy!
Like all platinum's earn all other trophies to unlock this.
Primetime
Gain over 50 total yards while using Celebration Loco over the course of a single game.
To use celebration Loco you must hold L2 while controlling the player with the ball. The easiest way to do this is with two controllers and set your defense to field goal block and have everyone go long on your offense and quickly pass it to them. Once you make the catch you should have plenty of open field to celebrate and gain the yards. This method works as of Patch 1.04.
If you don’t have two controllers you should play with twelve minute quarters and celebrate whenever you have some room to. The best way would either be on a long pass or interception as thats when you will likely have the best chance of not being tackled quickly. The yards are cumulative for the whole game and don’t have to be on one play.
Unblockable
On 3 plays create a sack or tackle for loss after a pass rush move win, using a different rush move each time.
There are 5 pass rush move this year:
1. Speed rush which is achieved by Holding R2 and pressing the right analog stick left or right.
2. Bull Rush which is achieved by holding r3 Down
3. Club Move flick r3 left or right
4. Rip Move flick r3 up and use L3 in any direction
5. Spin Move Turn r3 either clockwise or counterclockwise
Now you need to perform 3 of the above moves for either a sack or tackle for a loss. I suggest playing on rookie with two controllers using Aaron Donald of the Rams and have the QB stand there and wait to be sacked while you play prevent defense to give your more time to pressure the quarterback. Since the quarterback wont be moving you will have plenty of chances to get the sack just make sure to use a different move each time.
Throwin’ Dots
Throw a Passing TD using the low throw mechanic.
Play on Rookie with the Chiefs once on offense drive down the field until you are near the endzone. Now make a play where everyone is in the endzone and hold L2 plus the button of the receiver that is open. So for example Travis Kelce is the X button so hold L2 and press x at the sametime.
Lockdown Corner
Win 3 presses in a single game with the same CB.
There are 3 ways of doing a press X +L3 Left, X + L3 Right and X + L3 Down. Those will be the 3 ways of pressing now on defense select a man defense then pre-play press triangle and L3 down to set up for the press. Once the ball is snapped quickly press one of the 3 combinations from above. If successful you will make the receiver adjust his route then where he wanted to go. You must do this with the same cornerback 3 times in one game. The easiest way to do this is with two controllers that way you have plenty of time to set up on defense.
Situational Awareness
Make a Coaching Adjustment in the 4th quarter or OT.
Get to the 4th quarter in any game, once the quarter starts press circle twice to get back to the the overview of the playbook now scroll down to where it says coaching adjustments and change any of the settings with the left or right directional button and run a play.
Comeback City
Comeback and win when trailing by 17+ points at halftime.
Start an exhibition game on rookie difficulty with 5 minute quarters, use the road team and set coin toss choice to kick let your opponent take an 18 point lead going into half 21-3. Now play the game like you normally would and comeback and win. If you are having difficulty on rookie you can try with two controllers, or against someone online.
Move Master
Successfully fake-out a defender with a ball carrier special move.
Play on rookie difficulty and use an elite running back during the course of the game you will see prompts for moves to perform if you successfully hit one of the animations at the right time you will do a ball carrier special move.
The GOAT
Gain the GOAT Legacy rank in Face of the Franchise
The Final Face of The Franchise trophy requires 30,000 Legacy Points, now that you are once again injured your attributes will take a hit, you will need to win and have over 325 yards to earn 750 legacy points, now you will be looking to win your third Superbowl. Game 1 you will need to win and have 450 yards or more, this will earn you another 750 legacy points. Game 2 you will need 300+ passing yards and a victory this will earn you 1,500 legacy points, now in the Superbowl your goal will be to score 5 touchdowns and win. Winning the Superbowl will get you 1,500 legacy points and if you completed all other goals up to now should be enough for the 30,000. If you don’t nt get to 30,000 here you still have one season left, if you choose to deflect retirement talk in the press conference this will get you 200 legacy points, next game getting 12 first downs and a victory will get you another 750 legacy points. The next goal will be to win and pass for over 250 yards for a nice 750 legacy points. Now your final game will once again be in the Superbowl, if you choose the stay cool dialogue your goal will be to simply throw 25 or more passes for the game. Winning your 4th Superbowl to give you 10,000 Legacy Points this marks the end of your career.
NFL Icon
Gain the NFL Icon Legacy rank in Face of the Franchise
25,000 Legacy Points are needed here, Winning the Superbowl will get you a bonus 2,000 Legacy points which should get you close to if not over the 25,000 mark. Next you will be in a position battle to stay the starter, winning the first game and you will need to get gold on the verticals practice to “remain the starter”and earn 750 legacy points. If you are having difficulty getting gold you can pause and restart the drill at any time to get gold.
1st Ballot HOF
Gain the 1st Ballot HOF Legacy rank in Face of the Franchise
20,000 Legacy Points are needed for this. You next task is to once again beat your division rivals. You will get 750 legacy points for the first win, the second win will get you 1,500 legacy points. Finally you will versus your rival again in the playoffs a victory here will gain you another 2,000 Legacy points which should get you over the 20,000 mark.
Future HOF
Gain the Future HOF Legacy rank in Face of the Franchise
15,000 Legacy Points are needed for this if you have done all your goals up until this point you should receive this in your 5th season after beating your rival twice in the regular season.
Hall of Very Good
Gain the Hall of Very Good Legacy rank in Face of the Franchise
10,000 Legacy Points is needed After winning the Superbowl your overall will decrease due to an injury in the third season if you decide to play the game and win you will earn 1500 legacy points but miss the rest of the postseason. This is where you will likely hit the 10,000 mark.
Team Legend
Gain the Team Legend Legacy rank in Face of the Franchise
7500 Legacy Points are need here if you win the Superbowl at the end of season 2 you earn 3,000 Legacy Points so that is when you will likely earn this.
Pro Bowl Caliber
Gain the Pro Bowl Caliber Legacy rank in Face of the Franchise
5000 XP is needed here if you achieve all your goals you should receive this before the Superbowl in Season 2.
Key Contributor
Gain the Key Contributor Legacy rank in Face of the Franchise
2500 Legacy Points are needed for the Key contributor rank, the key to ranking up is completing your game goal aswell as any rise to fame objectives that appear. You should earn this at the end of the first season or first preseason game you play of the second season.
Role Player
Gain the Role Player rank in Face of the Franchise
Start your face of the franchise and try to play well in College and the draft combine this will raise your draft stock. Once drafted you will play your first preseason game where you will be given a goal such as throw or run for 125 or more yards. If you are able to achieve this goal you should get 504 legacy points which will be enough for the Role player rank as you need 500 for this.
Already in Progress
Create a league from a Play Now Live game.
Start an Exhibition game and choose one of the preselected games from this week’s schedule, now play the game to completion doesn’t matter if you win or lose, now once the game is over it will ask you if you want to continue your season press yes, play next week and then press continue to season and this will bring you to the franchise menu
Change of Scenery
Relocate a team.
Start a franchise using the Washington football team, simulate one full season now scroll over to the my owner tab then go to stadiums scroll down to relocate and confirm that you would like to relocate. Now simulate a week at a time until it asks you to pick a city in your things to do, now simulate a week at a time until it asks you to choose a name, and it will take until the end of the season to build the new stadium and relocate and rebrand.
Roster Reshuffle
Complete a fantasy draft.
Start a franchise then choose use active roster and choose an offline franchise, once the roster imports choose your team doesn’t matter who, then scroll down to starting point and select fantasy draft. Once you have fantasy draft selected scroll up and press start playing. Now in things to do it will stay start fantasy draft press this, now press X to select your player, then after each selection press Circle to go back and press make your next selection. The draft is 54 rounds once you make your final pick the trophy will be yours.
Pro Bowler
Participate in the Pro Bowl during a Franchise season.
Start a franchise, choose a cloud franchise as it loads quicker choose any team you would like, now under things to do scroll to Advance Week and set Jump ahead to Sim to Playoffs. Once your reach the playoffs you will want to advance one week at a time simulating the Wild Card game, Division game and conference game. After simulating the conference game it will be the week of the pro bowl so scroll down to play pro bowl and choose either the AFC or NFC it doesn’t matter which and complete the game. Win or lose the trophy will be yours.
Note: This trophy cannot be completed by playing the pro bowl in the Exhibition tab it must be done in Franchise.
Head-to-Head
Win a Head To Head game in an online league.
Start a cloud franchise and invite your friend by going to members and then invite users, play the week 1 matchup by selecting 2 teams that face each other and win. You can play with 1 minute quarters to speed this up. If you don’t have a friend with the game you can try joining a public league and try to win against another player.
Bragging Rights
Win the Super Bowl in an online league.
Although it says and online league you can actually do this solo, you will need to create a cloud franchise which will be considered a online league, now choose a team that will likely make the playoffs such as the Buccaneers and simulate to the playoffs, now to be safe you should either play or supersim playing the key moments to ensure that you win each playoff game, finally win the superbowl and make sure you play the final drive of the game if you are using supersim. The trophy should pop once you go back to the menu. Put the game on rookie difficulty to ensure the best chance of victory in each playoff game.
Future of the Franchise
Reveal a rookie's X-Factor potential.
Follow the same set up as Stud Finder and once you draft the player it will tell you what you need to do to unlock his X-Factor such as play 500 downs for the defensive end i edited, so simulate the season or half the season now go to depth chart and view the player and his X-Factor should now be unlocked.
Stud Finder
Draft a rookie with a Hidden Dev Trait.
Start a franchise with any team and simulate until the superbowl, now you will have the ability to scout players in the upcoming draft. Now edit a player who will be projected a late first rounder or a second rounder, now edit one of these players and set his development ability to Superstar X-Factor. Once you draft the player the trophy will pop. You can download the draft class I uploaded to Madden share called trophy under Napjcjd, the player is named trophy easy and is projected to be the 32nd pick of the first round
Big Spender
Win a free agent bidding war for a 90+ OVR player.
Turn the salary cap off before starting the season, now simulate to the next offseason and try to sign any player who is over a 90 overall which will be 2 or 3 players, offer them the highest salary and signing bonus possible and they will likely sign with you. If you fail to sign these players you can’t simulate to the next season and try again as there are more 90 overall players who will likely be free agents.
Dealmaker
Re-sign a 90+ OVR player.
Edit Dak Prescott the Quarterback of the Cowboys as he is on the last year of his contract make his attributes all 99 to play it safe. Now go to Franchise and start a season as the Cowboys, make sure you go into league settings and turn the salary cap off. Now simulate until the playoffs and then simulate until it says “Players ready to Negotiate” now give Dak 6 years for 30.1 Million a year and a 30 million dollar signing bonus and he will resign and the trophy is yours.
MVP
Win MVP with one of your players.
Edit Lamar Jackson and make him all 99s, then start a franchise and choose the Ravens, make sure to turn injuries off, now simulate the season and you should win the MVP. If you don’t you can simulate another few seasons and keep doing this until you win the MVP. Alternatively, you could play a full regular season on rookie and put up big numbers to win the MVP.
ROTY
Win Rookie of the Year with one of your players.
Go to roster management and edit Joe Burrow on the Bengals make him a 99 overall and you can also make a few other players a 99 as long as they aren’t rookies. Now start a cloud franchise using active rosters also turn injuries off in the settings now simulate the season and you should win the ROTY.
